Soft Opening

Dear Friends,

I hope everyone is doing well.

I will be opening for in-person acupuncture appointments beginning this coming Sunday. This will be a soft opening, as I will begin by seeing patients only on Sundays, but hope to expand from there.

There are many new safety protocols I will be implementing, and will share in more detail with those who schedule to come in, but a few general updates made in attempt to maximize everyone’s safety:

• facemasks will be worn by both patient and practitioner

• there will be both pre-screening and screening upon arrival

• will ask patients to wait outside until let in, and to use hand sanitizer or wash hands upon entering

• modified schedule, with appointments staggered to allow time to properly disinfect and air out the space between each treatment, and avoid overlap of patients

• windows will remain cracked, and there is a new portable air purifier with PlasmaWave technology and a new HVAC with HEPA filters in the space

• all payment will be handled online through square invoicing

• all new patient paperwork will be done through email as oppose to being brought in-person

Despite all the safety precautions, in person activity can increase one’s exposure, so I do encourage all to use their own discernment on what feels safe and appropriate to them.

I will continue to offer herbal support for those who prefer to remain at home. It has been a wonderful experience supporting many of you, your immunity and health needs in this way.
